Verdemar offers a Western buffet-style menu for breakfast. Enjoy freshly baked French toast with 8 types of toppings and sauces, including the popular purple sweet potato jam, pine butter, and azuki bean paste. We offer over 60 varieties, including smoothies made with bitter gourd and local pumpkin, locally produced pork sausage and ham, risotto made with Ishigaki brown rice and millet, and a plum-flavored omelet with mustard greens and lemon.
You can also enjoy seasonings unique to Okinawa, such as Okinawa lemon and chili oil, which go well with dishes, as well as rosemary oil, basil paste, chia seeds, and quinoa.
